Frog Went A-Courtin'

For a fun activity on a rainy day, make jumping frogs with your kids. All you need is some stiff paper (maybe recycled magazines or junk mail) and a box or plate.
A clean environment is good for everyone, including frogs! Play the Frog Leap Brainteaser Game. Then read about how an analyst at NIEHS researched frogs with strange shapes.
Scientists have been puzzled by an increase in frog deformities, such as missing or malformed limbs. More information about research into frogs and other amphibians, as well as a way to “dissect” a frog online, is available from NIEHS.
