Red and yellow and pink and green
Purple and orange and blue
I can sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow too.
Listen with your eyes,
Listen with your ears,
and sing everything you see,
I can sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow,
sing along with me.
Red and yellow and pink and green,
Purple and orange and blue,
I can sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow too!
What "causes" a rainbow? You see a rainbow when three things happen. First, water droplets are floating in the air. Second, the sun is behind you. Third, clouds are cleared from the sun. Here’s a way to remember the order of colors in a spectrum rainbow: ROY G BIV. “ROY G BIV” stands for red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.
