Keep Active

Get moving!

Play every day!

Do something active every day. Run, ride a bike, walk the dog, or play ball. Being active is fun!

Kids and teens should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of physical activity each day. But it doesn’t have to be all the same activity, and you don’t need to do it all at once. You may already do this much, or more!

Running, walking fast, bicycle riding, sports, and jumping rope are all good activities. Can you think of more things like this that you do all the time?
